Our Board-certified Family Practice physicians and Nurse Practitioners provide high quality, culturally competent, affordable care to people of all ages, from newborns to seniors. See Hours & Directions.
We accept Commonwealth Care and most other insurances and HMO’s.
· Help with enrolling in insurance is available to
all.
· Translation is available in over twenty languages,
including Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian-Creole, Thai,
Vietnamese and Russian.
· We use a state-of-the-art Electronic Medical
Records system to provide a seamless system of care between our
facilities and hospital partners.
· Community
Health Workers provide translation, as well as help with transportation
to appointments, getting childcare, housing problems, and other
issues.
· We respect the diversity, dignity and confidentiality of our patients and staff.
