We are a community health center, serving everyone in need of high quality, comprehensive, and affordable health care since 1974. 

  • We provide medical, dental, mental health counseling, and vision care.

  • Our Board-certified Family Practice physicians and Nurse Practitioners provide care to people of all ages, from newborns through seniors.
  • Our hours: Monday, 8:30am-9:00pm,Wednesday & Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm; Tuesday & Thursday, 8:30am-9:00pm; Saturday, 8:30am-1:00pm.
  •  We accept Commonwealth Care and most other insurances and HMO’s.
  •  Help with enrolling in insurance is available to all.
  •  Translation is available in over twenty languages, including Spanish, Portuguese,  Haitian-Creole, Thai, Vietnamese and Russian.
  • We use a state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Records system to provide a seamless system of care between our facilities and hospital partners.
  • Community Health Workers provide translation, as well as help with transportation to appointments, getting childcare, housing problems, and other issues.
