Stephanie Battaglia-Esses, DMD – A native of California, Dr. Battaglia is a recent graduate of Boston University’s Goldman School of Dental Medicine. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Scripps College in Asian Studies and has taught English in Japan. Dr. Battaglia speaks Japanese, as well as English.

Dayana Escobar, DMD – Dr. Escobar, a native of Venezuela and a graduate of the dental program at the Central University of Venezuela in Caracas, has worked for several years as a hygienist at the health center. She is now practicing as a limited license dentist in the dental department. Dr. Escobar is fluent in Spanish and English.

William J. Horgan, DDS, MPH - Dr. Horgan has been practicing dentistry since 1977. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington and his Master of Public Health from Harvard University. he is Northeast Regional Board Certified and Board eligible in Dental Public Health.  His interests include geriatric dentistry; he speaks English and some Spanish. He has been Dental Director at JMSCHC for more than ten years.

Khatchatour (Chris) Kazarian, DMD - a native of Armernia, Dr. Kazarian us a June 2007 graduate of the Boston University Foreign Dentistry Program (Advanced Standing). He has worked at the Health center for several years as a hygeniest while completing his dental degree. His particular interest in dentistry is the placement of implants.

Victoria Perinsky, DDS - Dr. Perinksy joined the Dental Department in March 2006. Originally trained and registered as a nurse in her native Odessa, Ukraine, she holds a degree in general dentistry from Tufts University from which she graduated in 2002.  As a newcomer to the United States, she did her undergraduate work in California. Dr. Perinksy speaks English and Russian.

Maria Victoria Quiroga, , DDS DDS - Dr. Quiroga has been practicing dentistry since 1988. She completed a pediatric dental residency program at Boston University. She also holds an MBA from the State University of New York at Albany. Dr. Quiroga speaks English and Spanish.

Armando Salazar, DMD - Born and raised in Cuba, Dr. Salazar began studies in the United States at Dade County Community College, graduated from Florida International University, and holds a Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Harvard University School of Dental Medicine.  He is fluent in English and Spanish. His current specialty interest is orthodontics.

Ana Torres-Houssami, DMD - Dr. Torres Housami has been practicing dentistry since 1990. She received her Doctor of Medical Dentistry from Boston University and completed a one-year general dentistry residency at Tufts Dental School. Dr. Torres-Houssami is Northeast Regional Board Certified and speaks English and Spanish.
