residents of certain income levels to obtain health care insurance.
At the Joseph M. Smith Community Health Center, we offer
financial counseling services to our patients. Our counselors help
apply for health care assistance programs, such as:

* Healthy Start
* Service Discounts under the Health
Safety Net Program
* Medical Hardship
