Donating in-kind to Joseph M. Smith Community Health Center

We are currently seeking donations for the following items to support the health center and our patients:

Exam Tables

Exercise and Fitness DVD's (new and used)

Winter clothes for men, women and children (jackets, hats, gloves, etc.)

Houseware items (utensils, etc.)

Baby Strollers (new and used)

Conference table and chairs
